Auto Routes

Auto Routes contain information regarding interfaces that are configured in Enterprise Health. Auto Routes define each interface, what information is sent out of the system via that interface, how information is sent and when information is sent from Enterprise Health. Typically, Auto Routes are configured by the Enterprise Health EDI team when an interface is configured with an outside vendor. Only users with advanced training and Superuser access who are responsible for interface configuration should make changes to rules defined in this editor. Without superuser system admin access, only the Enterprise Health EDI team will be able to access.

DataVis vs Legacy Editor

Auto routes can be accessed from the Control Panel sidemenu tab. Each entry represents an auto route. By default, any auto routes configured for the system will be displayed in a DataVis editor mode. There is the ability to get to the Legacy Auto Routes Editor mode if you prefer working in that mode. This guide will be describing the DataVis Auto Route editor mode and functionality.

Action Control Buttons

Once an auto route entry has been selected from the DataVis output listing, the action control buttons will appear for use.

Edit, Duplicate, and Show Query options are only available when 1 auto route has been selected, meaning a route can only be edited, duplicated or shown the query individually per route. The Delete and Enable/Disable options are available if multiple auto routes are selected.
